Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is usually done with oil or lotion and can incorporate stroking, kneading, friction and warming of the skin to ease tension and soothe the body and mind.

Deep Tissue Massage

Focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.

Both Swedish and deep tissue can be done at varying depths of pressure without losing their therapeutic value. Swedish and deep tissue are offered in these sessions:

30 minutes $35, 60 minutes $50, 90 minutes $75, 120 minutes $100

Hot Stone Massage

Muscles are soothed and tensions is released as the heat from the stones reduces inflammation and tenderness. A relaxing and soothing massage.

Pain Relief Massage (new)

Specialized massage to relief chronic and acute back pain, headaches, shoulder pain, neck pain, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, sciatica pain.  Leo is currently the designated therapist for Pain Relief massage.
